I have a nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a beautiful view. The house was recently built, and has 3 apartments with separate private entrances. I am from San Pedro and I can recommend local activites and places to eat and drink. You will have a great time here, and you can even hear the birds singing from the apartment! The space The space is comfortable, quiet, has everything you need, a pleasant atmosphere, with an incredible view of Lake Atitlán. You will have a great time. Guest access The apartament has a small yard where you will can relax, read a book, take a nap or enjoy the view. The house has two floors with a shared terrace. Other things to note I am new to Airbnb and looking for a pleasant stay for my guests. The building and furniture are new.
