The space Property: This is a homestay having 4 bedroom with a common living room on the ground floor and a sit-out balcony on the first floor. Each bedroom has an air-conditioner and is spacious enough to accommodate 5 adults. In total, the villa can house a maximum 20 adults comfortably. The property has an exquisite swimming pool with a kids pool. This villa is just 5-7mins walk from Nagaon beach and is the perfect weekend getaway for friends and family groups alike. Activities: You can go hydrophilic with the pool or the beach, enjoy a few indoor games and card games, listen to your favourite songs or turn your evening into a karaoke night. Indoor activities include Board games, Card games, Carrom, Darts, Colouring Books for kids, etc. Food: While you are having a good time here, try out our home cooked local cuisine that will mesmerise your tastebuds. The kitchen is in a separate building and is not accessible to guests. However, a refrigerator and a microwave is available for guest use. P.S. - There are rare instances of short duration power failures in this neighbourhood but power failure could be for longer durations during monsoon season. We have an inverter based power backup system against power failures. However, please note that ACs and geysers will not work during power failures. Guest access House: Guests can access the areas on the ground floor and the first floor of the house. However, access to the staircase from 1st floor to 2nd floor is restricted. Premises: The entire area in front of the house is accessible to guests except the pool filter room. The area behind the villa is a restricted area for guests. Please note that the restrictions to the above mentioned areas are carefully considered in terms of safety of guests.
