The space A luxurious bright one bedroom apartment. There is a bedroom with double bed, a cozy warm living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet for more comfy. It`s equipped with all appliances you could need - cooking, stove, microwave oven, washing mashine, coffee maker, hair drier, iron, cable TV, fast WIFI, etc. After each check out the apartment is cleaned with high-class detergents and everything is sanitized. If there is a stronger odour than usual it is because of the stronger detergent we use to clean it. Guest access The entire place is on your disposal. Other things to note Please note, this is no shoes apartment! We would expect people to behave like grown ups and respect/treat the property as if it is their own. This would mean no damage to the apartment and no excessive noise. ✤ Quiet hours between 2-4pm and after 10pm ✤ Parties or events are not allowed! ✤ No smoking inside the property! ✤ No shoes inside the property ✤ Please respect the neighbours! ✤ After your stay, sheets and towels should be in the same condition like you found them, without make up on them, without spots and food!
