The garage + storage on the lower level is owner's private space. You will receive a unique access code prior to booking date that can be used for self entry at either the side deck or front porch door keypads. If you prefer to meet in person to be let in or have any issues, just let us know! The side deck offers a flat, two-step access to the main level. The front porch access requires 6 steps~watch your noggin! There are no steps inside. Other things to note ✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of outdoor wildlife as you may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more! ✳️ While this property is mostly flat/level there are a few steps required to access the cabin. - No smoking or vaping - Pet friendly w/fee (2 pets max) - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 21 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Please call 911 first if emergency, report to host after - Please disclose any damages to host before check-out An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition: -Grill not cleaned after use -Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged -Food and/or dirty dishes left -Excessive pet hair, any glitter or confetti used ✳️ Did you know that Lake Cumberland has 1,255 miles of shoreline and covers 65,530 acres when at max levels?
