This elegant and quiet apartment was built in a loft style on 2 levels, located inside a new building, suitable for any type of traveler. Located in a strategic position and a stone's throw from the Milanofiori shopping park, the house is perfect for reaching the Assago Forum in just 5 minutes by car and the Humanitas hospital. Very convenient also for those arriving by car, given the proximity to the main highways. Private covered parking on request. The space Located on the 3rd floor of a newly built building, equipped with a comfortable and wide elevator, useful for transporting even medium-large luggage. The apartment is structured on two large levels (living room, kitchen, large covered veranda and a bathroom on the first level, while on the second level there are the two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom; both rooms have a large shared open veranda). The two levels of the Loft, both with parquet flooring, are accessible via a spiral staircase. The loft is comfortable to accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the two bathrooms and the 2 independent double bedrooms plus sofa bed in the living room. There is excellent Wi-Fi throughout the house. LIVING AREA The living room is structured as a large bright open space thanks to the two large windows of the private terrace. The living area features a comfy sofa that easily converts into a double bed, a dining table and an HD Smart TV with access to various streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube with your own accounts). Perfect for relaxing after a long day of work or visiting Milan and its surroundings, the sofa offers two comfortable seats during the day, transforming itself into a comfortable and cozy double bed for the night. There is a large covered veranda equipped with a sofa and cushions, ideal for relaxing, perhaps sipping a good drink. EQUIPPED KITCHEN Modern and functional, the kitchen is complete with all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, a modern and large induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, Nescafe® Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules, kettle with tea filters and toaster. All the utensils and dishes necessary to prepare your favorite dishes with ease are present. LAUNDRY AREA In the large veranda on the 1st floor (the one outside the living room) there is the laundry area, with a modern washing machine and a state-of-the-art dryer. 2 BEDROOMS Master bedroom: Spacious, comfortable and independent, it has a private en-suite bathroom. It is air-conditioned and has a comfortable queen-size double bed and a walk-in closet corner to organize your clothes and accessories in total comfort. This independent and cozy space is well furnished, guaranteeing maximum privacy inside the house thanks to the door that divides it from the rest of the house. The private terrace (uncovered unlike that of the living room) is useful for getting air, also recommended for smokers. Bedroom 2: in this air-conditioned bedroom, if you leave the door open, the air conditioner is positioned right in front of the door, there is a comfortable queen-size double bed. Our main bathroom is functional and elegant and offers everything you need for your daily comfort. PRIVATE PARKING ON SITE We have a private covered parking lot for a fee of 4.90 meters in length, to be confirmed only upon request in advance. Guest access The loft is for the exclusive use of guests and does not have shared interior spaces: the house is private for guests who book. The only common area is the condominium courtyard, which you will only pass through to get to the house.
