The space Languages: We speak Spanish, English, and French perfectly :) The house sleeps 4, but can be increased to 6 if the sofa bed is opened. The house has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a spacious double bed (1.60m wide), a dressing room with 4 closets and a private bathroom with a very spacious shower. It has a hairdryer as well as shampoo and bath gel. The second room has a large double bed (1.60m wide), 3 comfortable closets and a work area perfect for teleworking and making your calls privately and quietly. The second bathroom is located in the living room, next to the entrance of the house, and has a very spacious shower and a dehumidifier, perfect for quickly drying your beach clothes or if you use the washing machine. Both rooms have all the necessary linens and bath towels for the guests in the reservation. The kitchen is attached to the living room, fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and 3-burner ceramic hob. It also has a microwave, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee maker and toaster. It is separated from the living room by a large wooden dining table where you can work comfortably and have lunch or dinner with plenty of space for 6 people. In the living room, you can enjoy a large 50-inch TV and a chaise-longue sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. Finally, you can relax on its cozy terrace, facing the community pool, which will make you feel in an oasis of tranquility. Its garden sofa and coffee table will allow you to take a comfortable nap or enjoy a pleasant family aperitif. In addition, you can dry your wetsuits and beach clothes on the hangers located inside each shower, in addition to being able to use the terrace wall to support and dry your surfboards. Surfing: You can come with your board, although you have several schools in Loredo, one of them located just 20 meters from the house (Plea Surf House), to rent material and organize beginner or advanced classes (surf video-coaching). We will show you the best beaches to surf according to your level. Supermarket: a 4-minute drive away you will have at your disposal a large Lupa supermarket with its own butcher and fish shop.
