Welcome to our charming studio in the traditional Arganzuela neighborhood! This cozy studio with a super comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom and a living room to relax after a busy day touring Madrid. The location is perfect: just a few steps from the Legazpi metro station that takes you directly to the center of Madrid in less than 10 minutes. The space The apartment is located in one of the most traditional areas of Madrid, the Arganzuela/Madrid Rio neighborhood. This magnificent area gives you the possibility to visit the most important sights in the city of Madrid. The studio is located on a ground floor with direct access from the street. It is a quiet and family friendly area. You can enjoy downtown Madrid, which is 10 minutes away by metro, and at the same time be in a quiet and residential neighborhood. You have a Mercadona supermarket right on the corner. The studio has a comfortable 150x200 bed, 140x200 sofa bed, and a 3-seater sofa to relax after a day of sightseeing. Fully equipped bathroom with shampoo gel and softening cream, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen area. We provide you with sheets, towels, gel, shampoo. We leave everything ready so that when you arrive you feel at home. You have an 8-minute walk to Legazpi metro station, which is line 3, and there are 5 stations to the famous Puerta del Sol (10-minute journey) It is a family neighborhood, quiet and perfectly connected, both by metro, urban buses, Renfe Cercanías (Delicias and Méndez Álvaro), Méndez Álvaro bus station, Atocha station, and M-30 and M-40 highways. It is a totally new area, very close to Atocha station and from there the Prado museums and the Thyssen museum. The famous and traditional Rastro de Madrid (flea market), also very close to the apartment is the Railway Museum, from there the famous Strawberry Train leaves for the city of Aranjuez, it is a vintage train and they do strawberry tastings. If you come with your baby and need us to prepare a high chair and crib, let us know in advance and we'll have it ready for you free of charge.
