Guest access You have access to the one part of the duplex. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with a keypad smart lock. Street parking Other things to note Items left behind can be shipped to you within a week after your departure with a $50 charge plus shipping fee. Parties are not permitted. We welcome children, but please note, the property is not childproofed. Pets are welcome with $85 fee per pet. Use of confetti or glitter is highly discouraged, if any remnants are left and not cleaned up there will be a $250 fine.
