There is plenty of on site parking on this private property. Other things to note This first floor private space is in a multi-unit house. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside. Air conditioning in the warmer months will be in the bedroom and it will cool the entire space. There is also a fan and white noise machine in the room for making a soothing noise for better sleeping. In winter, the thermostat is set to 70 degrees.
