Overlooking a private backyard and pond. You are in the woods, yet so close to everything. Recently upgraded and remodeled. The space You will be staying at the little cottage on the property. There is a house directly next to the cottage upon entering the property, which is occupied by the host. I do come and go, I’m pretty chill and mind my business. All windows in the cottage have cordless blinds for privacy. The bedroom of the cottage has a sliding barn door that separates the living room area. There is another locking exit/entrance door in the bedroom. Guest access You may use all areas of the cottage, including the front patio area with 2 chairs as well as the back yard behind the cottage. I have a few camping chairs and bistro table you are free to use. This is also the dedicated smoking area (4:20 friendly) Other things to note This is a 14+ acre property which includes several barns and outbuildings. You are not permitted to freely roam the property.
