The Cozy Little Cottage

Take it easy at this whimsical, rustic and tranquil getaway. Cozy and clean with a few pops of kitty decor. Nestled in the woods, yet easy access to highway, casinos, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Casino is one exit away and only a 10 min drive. Overlooking a private backyard and pond. Recently upgraded and remodeled. Newly installed A/C unit, warm in winter, great well water on property, WiFi router in the unit. This is a pesticide free, organic farm & cottage. The space You will be staying at the little cottage on the property. There is a house directly next to the cottage upon entering the property, which is occupied by the host. I do come and go, I’m pretty chill and mind my business. All windows in the cottage have cordless blinds for privacy. The bedroom of the cottage has a sliding barn door that separates the living room area. There is another locking exit/entrance door in the bedroom. Guest access You may use all areas of the cottage, including the front porch area with 2 chairs, Orange Tent shopping area, the 4:20 exit smoking area just outside the bedroom door through the back door of the cottage, as well as the back yard behind the cottage that overlooks the pond. I have a few camping chairs and bistro table you are free to use in the backyard- rearrange how you please. There is also a lounge chair in the back you can use. Feel free to enjoy the screened in gazebo tent right outside the bedroom door (seasonally). We are 4:20 friendly outside of the cottage in the permitted areas. Other things to note This is a 14+ acre property which includes several barns and outbuildings. You are not permitted to freely roam the property at this time but we hope to eventually include hiking trails, a mini market/thrift shop, camping sites, and a scavenger hunt for guests to enjoy.
