This is a family home but the cosy loft room is somehow separated from the rest of the apartment and on the second floor. Aircon, heating, TV, unlimited internet free of charge, a kettle for coffee and teas available for guests . Bedsheets, towels, blankets and duvets will be provided. Unfortunately the kitchen is not available for cooking but space in the fridge for drinks or food is available and also cool water. Strategic location :-) 2 mins walking distance you'll find buses(day and night) which will take you directly to the city centre and back. We are 4 km from Verona, 15/20 mins by bus. 1 min walking distance from the flat you'll find a big parking for your car. Only 2.7 Km from "Verona East" motorway exit 1 minute away you'll find a cycle lane which it'll take you to the city centre by bike or electric scooters ( there's a widely available scooter rental service throughout Verona) 5 mins away there's a bike rental service provided by the council of Verona. Guest access Important! :-) the flat is on the second floor of a building with no lift. Your room will be on the third floor. You will have access to your private bedroom, your private bathroom and private terrace, all with locks. During you stay you will have access to some communal areas shared with your host, in order to get to your room. In the communal areas there's a friendly cat called Poppy. You'll find everything you need in the area, cafés, Italian pastry shops, Italian and Japanese restaurants, a famous fish restaurant, pharmacies, grocery stores, bus stops, cinema, local indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Other things to note In your room you'll find a voucher for a free Italian breakfast (coffee and pastry) which you can enjoy in the local cafè, 3 mins walk from the flat.
