Located on the Veronese hills of Valpantena, just 15 minutes from the center of Verona and the Verona East highway exit, the apartment is surrounded by greenery. It is the ideal place to relax, a starting point for excursions in Lessinia or to visit the historic center of Verona. Consisting of two rooms of about 40 square meters, the apartment is bright and quiet and offers a suggestive view of the valley. By car, the Fair is 20 minutes away and Lake Garda is 40 minutes away. It is not accessible by bus. The space The two-room apartment is located on the second and top floor of a historic and rustic building flanked by a manor house. It consists of a small kitchen that can be used to prepare breakfast or a quick meal, equipped with a table and chairs, and a living space with a double bed and a sofa bed, all for about 40 square meters. The sofa can accommodate up to two people, with single beds. The bathroom, which overlooks the greenery of the forest, has a shower. Although there are four beds, the house is ideal for accommodating two adults and up to two children, given the shared nature of the room. In the bathroom there is also a small washing machine, but the space for hanging out in the house is small (in the garden there is an area for hanging out). There is no elevator or air conditioning, the heating is centralized, the large common garden is available for guests. It is not accessible by public transport. A medium-sized car can be parked in a reserved spot. Guest access You access a common courtyard where you can park your car (medium size) and at the back of the building is the entrance door, which through an internal staircase, leads to the second floor and then to the apartment. The house has no elevator and has architectural barriers.
