The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses) double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine; - COMMON GARDEN equipped with table and chairs (shared with the CA' dei Sogni apartment). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room), hairdryer and clothesline. Cot and high chair for children on request and subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE. The air conditioning is provided via split and is ONLY present in the living room. The property has an uncovered parking space, also suitable for SUVs. To access it you need to pass an electric driveway gate. ATTENTION. Please note that the outdoor garden is shared with the CA' dei Sogni apartment. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1,50, for the first 5 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
