Unique and newly renovated apartment that just has to be experienced!

In our spacious and unique apartment on Gran Canaria's sunniest coast, the whole crew will enjoy a wonderful stay. The apartment is 360 sqm, newly renovated and very delicate. It has large sliding doors facing the Atlantic Ocean - and a view completely out of the ordinary. Very bright and appealing. The apartment also has completely unique and spacious outdoor terraces where you can enjoy a nice meal, or just enjoy the sun and the view. This is an apartment completely out of the ordinary - and has a very attractive location. The space The apartment has two floors. On the first floor we find a large and spacious living room with open kitchen solution and private dining area. In addition, there is a smaller living room that can also be used for bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms (both have toilet and shower, and one also has a whirlpool bath) and two spacious bedrooms. Also a large and spacious terrace. On the second floor you will find a smaller kitchen and lounge, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Also here you have a large and spacious roof terrace. Guest access Guests can use all rooms in the apartment - unless otherwise agreed. Other things to note AQUAMARINA Is a common name, and consists of the two cooperatives "Montemarina" and "Aquamar". All pools, gardens and other facilities are used by the owners of both these cooperatives. SWIMMING FACILITIES • There are three pools on the premises: • One is located on the 4th floor • One is located in the "Palm Garden". This one also has a children's pool. • One is located "on top", at the renowned restaurant "La Aquarela". This pool is heated (about 27 degrees year-round), and was renovated in 2017. Right outside our facility you have three beaches: Playa de Aquamarina (in the bay towards Radisson Blu), Playa de Patalavaca (here also restaurant Montsemar has a department, and there is a beach club here "Kai Club"), and not least – Anfi Beach. One of the nicest beaches on the island, with fine-grained sand taken from the Caribbean, and many possible activities for all ages. All beaches are just meters away and are family-friendly. TENNIS COURT Managed by the reception at Aquamar, and hours are booked there. Payment is also made here. FOOD AND DRINK At our facility you have three options: • "Montsemar". Good Italian inspired restaurant, located on the 4th floor. Formal, good wine list, separate take away menu. • "La Aquarela". Highly acclaimed, listed in the Michelin Guide several times. Formal, great atmosphere (especially if you get a table outside by the pool). Very good wine list. • Palm Garden. Here is a simpler café with good lunch and dinner dishes. In addition, there are many options on the promenade. Both towards Arguineguin and Anfi del Mar. In Patalavaca we can recommend "Palm Garden". Good food, cozy atmosphere and magnificent view. Very popular place, so you should book in advance regardless of the day. In Arguineguin there is an Italian inspired restaurant called "Rossini". Varied menu, good food, nice service and nice location by the sea (access from the street and with elevator down, or from the beach promenade). If you want more variety, there are many good restaurants. In Puerto Mogan there is among others "Que Tal" which is gourmet/fine-dining, and "La Cicala" which is a simpler Italian on the beach promenade. Puerto Mogan is a charming fishing village, with a nice harbor, beach and many restaurants. You can get here by bus, taxi, car or by boat that runs several times a day from "Heart Island" at Anfi del Mar. Please note the timetables for the boat, it does not go beyond the evening. Meloneras is very nice, and has a great promenade «Boulevard El Faro». Here are a lot of shops and restaurants. "Grand Italia" is always popular and safe. Taxi to Meloneras takes approx. 10 min. There is a separate grocery store up at "La Aquarela". Here you will find the most necessary items, including freshly baked bread in the morning. SPAR store at Anfi del Mar, which has a larger selection, as well as one that opened in 2019 in Puerto Rico. Here the selection is very good. Also a Hiperdino (large supermarket with good fresh food counter) located in the center of El Tablero, can be recommended. GENERAL The island has a lot to offer, depending on your interests. Las Palmas is also worth a visit. A relatively large city, cozy, with what it entails of offers and "city-pulse". Here are many shops, shopping malls, beach in the middle of the city, a large aquarium "Poema del Mar" that opened in 2018, and much more. It takes approx. 45 minutes by taxi, but bus is also easy. Boarding right outside the facility (at Anfi). I recommend route 091 which goes almost directly (also stops at the airport, and is therefore also a good option to get there).
