Caracol Apartment

The CARACOL APARTMENT is one of the six apartments that make up "Arena y Mar Departamentos", located in the Bacocho subdivision in Puerto Escondido. Our apartment is designed to make your stay pleasant, in order to make you feel at home, it has: WiFi, a bedroom, kitchenette, living room and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, microwave oven, blender, juice extractor and cooking utensils. The space The "Caracol" is a private apartment that sleeps two. The outdoor areas (terrace and pool) are shared with the other five apartments. Guest access Our guests can conveniently access the pool and terrace. Other things to note We ask that you not bring any pets.
 There is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans. 
There is no TV.
 Noisy events are not recommended. You can park on the street. The shower water is heated by a SOLAR HEATER. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you are used to smoking, please do so preferably in outdoor areas, trying not to bother other people. We do not have bicycles or scooters.
