The space Elegant apartment in an 1884 Umbertino building (with elevator). Located a short walk from Termini Central Station and the precious Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The recently renovated interior features magnificent parquet flooring throughout the house, except for one room that retains the original 1884 floor. The high vaulted ceilings, characteristic of a 19th-century building, make the apartment particularly bright (east-west exposure) and comfortable. It has large bedrooms (one of which is a triple) and a kitchen. The large bathroom, with double sink. The kitchen also has an internal balcony perfect for a morning coffee. A unique opportunity to live in a historic environment with all modern comforts. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The elevator, despite being small, is fully functional. Inside the building there is a patio where you can dispose of waste, with the recommendation to follow separate waste collection. Self check-in is available: all details will be provided prior to arrival. Please make sure you have a phone that allows you to make a call to open the front door. Alternatively, if I were to welcome you personally, I will deliver the 2 sets of keys. I will be happy to welcome guests personally, depending on the arrival time. For late arrivals or if you prefer a more independent arrival, self check-in is available. However, please always keep in touch with the host and check the possibility of using this option in good time by consulting the self-check-in instructions available on the Airbnb platform the day before your arrival. Other things to note I live about an hour from Rome, so I try to organize a precise welcome in which I explain all the details and operation of the apartment. If necessary, I am always available to intervene. I ask guests to use the apartment as if it were their own and to respect it as they would like their home to be respected. It is very important to let me know your arrival time and flight or train details. Check-in is possible until 8:00 p.m.; after this time, you can check yourself in for free. Alternatively, for assisted check-in, there is an extra fee of €20 until 10:00 p.m. and €40 after 10:00 p.m. Please check that your phone is able to make a call to open the front door in case you choose to self check-in. You have two Smart TVs with the ability to access Netflix. Coffee maker, kettle... Registration Details IT058091C24X49F6M4
