Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $40 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice. Late Check Out: $15 charged for each 15 min block past 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time. Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
