Can Quel - Nature Getaway

Can Quel is a farmhouse located in an incredible place in La Garrotxa, near Les Planes d'Hostoles. An authentic farmhouse that preserves both the old furniture and the structure but can enjoy the maximum comforts. It is located at the top of a hill with magnificent views and is an isolated but well-connected house 5 minutes from the center of the village and 35 minutes from Girona. We have a biological pool where you can enjoy a natural bath surrounded by nature. The space The house has TV and WIFI. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker and capsules. There is a fireplace in the living room and all rooms have radiators. There is also an extra sofa in the living room. Outside the house there is a terrace under centuries-old oaks with all the furniture to enjoy outdoor meals and a gas barbecue. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with other farmhouses where you will find peace, nature and tranquility in a totally rural environment. There are impressive routes from the house itself, spectacular views and access to dreamy gorges a few kilometers away If you like to fly, there are aerial activities such as paragliding or ballooning. Also mountain bike rental as you have the Greenway very close. The place is ideal for cycling. A few kilometers from the house is the village of Les Planes d'Hostoles, where you will find all the basic services. Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Pets are allowed as long as you guarantee that they will not cause any damage. There is a supplement. Dogs must always be controlled and excrement must be collected. The water in the house is from the mains, except for the outside hose, which is NOT potable. It is used only for watering Garbage must be disposed of in the containers on the way to the village. Guest access The house is rented in its entirety for a maximum of 6 people and an extra bed in specific cases. Remember that the bathing area is a bio-pool, it works without chemicals through natural filtration thanks to the plants and animals that live there. In the pond there are insects, dragonflies and maybe some frogs, so bathing there is the same as in a pond or river, improving the feeling of bathing. Other things to note No events are allowed in the house. The farmhouse is in a quiet neighborhood with other neighbors nearby and music is not allowed. Avoid renting to groups of friends for parties.
