Waterfront Lakehouse Getaway in Clinton w/ HOT TUB

Embrace lakeside serenity at our inviting Lakehouse retreat. With modern comforts and tranquil surroundings, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Enjoy picturesque views, explore the private deck, or unwind by the fireplace. Perfect for a peaceful escape or outdoor adventure with friends and family. Please be mindful of local wildlife and take necessary precautions when enjoying the outdoor amenities. The space The home is 2 levels, with the main level as the upper level which requires a flight of stairs to get to. Guest access The lake is accessible very easily through the beach entrance from the other side of the lake which is about 1 minute away, shown in photos. To access to the lake directly from the home it is a trail path, it does get steep in some parts, it isn't far from the home but it does take some caution to access. As well as getting into the lake from this trail, there is no on-water dock. The home is located in the woods, not the suburbs or a city. Please message us if you have any questions about this! Please be mindful of local wildlife and take necessary precautions when enjoying the outdoor amenities (snakes, snapping turtles, bees/wasps, deer, etc). Other things to note ‼️Please note you will be asked to sign a waiver as part of your reservation. Please if using the fireplace make sure to turn off the AC. Also please any food or waste discard in the garbage not sink. If we need to get a plumber for clogged pipes there is a $180 base fine. We're happy to offer the grill for your use! We kindly ask that you leave it as you found it. If you use a significant amount of propane, a $25 fee will apply for a refill. Charges will be based on the amount used. Please note that we also provide one of each for each of our guests stays: - Shampoo - Soap - Conditioner - Toilet Paper If guests stay longer term and run out of these items, they have to purchase their own. Early check in and late check-out available upon request (subject to availability) for a $45 fee
