Have your coffee by the canal and see what nature comes by. The space 2 bedroom 2 bath with showers home Double wide, With Master Suite with your own bathroom. King size bed, With TV, Guest bedroom Queen size bed. Large Livingroom with plenty of seating and TV. Full kitchen ready to make your favorite meals, Guest access you must be able to walk up 4 steps and then the home is all on one level. Guest access Free Parking for 2 cars. Within 3 miles we have a local bar, Publix, Walgreens and Liquor store, Bank, Subway, MC Donald's, wendys, Domino's, China Gourmet, Bait shop, and Gas station. in 1/2 mile there is a public area for picnics and a public boat ramp. please note at this time no boats or trailers can be parked at property. Other things to note large boats not recommended. If you might be bringing a boat please contact me proir to booking. I do have additional space upon request for a boat trailer HOWEVER, I dont have space for boat to stay in water while not in use.
