Less then 1/2 mile from all downtown restaurants, venues and 1 mile to Augusta University Medical Campus. About 3.5 miles from the Masters and 5 miles to the nearest grocery store. Our house is also located on the Iron Man course every year, so you can enjoy the race from the porch. The space Perfect spot for a weekend downtown or for work in this area. Private bedroom/bathroom setup. Small kitchenette for basic cooking needs. Spacious living room with natural lighting. Will hear normal daily activity from the upstairs apartment when occupied. Guest access There will be a lock box. Once confirmed we will send you a code to access keys for the apartment. Other things to note We do not have a washer and dryer unit available for guest use.
