Panoramic 1-bedroom ground floor apartment with perfect view of Mediterranean coastline from private terrace.Quite residential complex with 2 swimming pools!Perfect place for remote work +fiber optic wifi!Our apartment accommodates up to 4 people.All main tourist attractions very close:Coral bay beach(5 min drive),Akamas natural park( 10 min drive),Paphos zoo(8 min drive),village of Peyia(2 min drive),however you need to have a car to reach the property and be able to explore surroundings! The space Property has 1 open plan living area with kitchen, dining zone and TV zone with sofa bed . From living room guests can access outside private terrace with the dining table overlooking the Mediterranean coastline and sunsets. There is also separate bedroom . Guest access You will have a private access to the whole 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with a private parking and nice sunny terrace with outdoor table and nice view! In master bedroom we have a double bed (160x200) . In a living room we have a guests sofa -bed (160x200) which we prepare for guests over 2 people. The free hight speed Wi-Fi allows you to work remotely. Energy efficient inverter AC units in every room . Open plan living-dining room with 45 inch Smart TV. Dining table and kitchen ample space for cooking, socialising and enjoying your stay! In addition we have : fully equipped kitchen,fridge+ freezer,hob, oven , toaster, kettle ,microwave ,orange juicer to make your morning healthy , French press to make a coffee, washing machine (for free in apartment) , dining wear and cooking equipment including wine glasses, iron, hair dryer, iron board and etc. Bathroom with bath , sink and toilet. Nice terrace with outside dining area . Other things to note 0) ATTENTION IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE AIRFLOW AND REFRESH THE APARTMENT (especially in WINTER time ) , OTHERWISE IN APARTMENT WILL BE MOLD(due to the hight humidity in Cyprus). If there will be a MOLD AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE we charge extra for cleaning -(20 euro + VAT) 1) PLEASE NOTE!!! ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ! COST PER Kwt = 0.40euro.We will calculate the consumption after your departure and send you request via Airbnb . FOR LONG TERM (more them 20 days) 300 euro utility deposit will be collected ar the time of check in(in cash). After your departure we will calculate concumption of electricity and send you the rest of your money (in case you spent less rhen 300 euro). 2)Only in winter time ( when it is cloudy all day ) you can push 30 min button on the water heater panel. You have to wait 30 min and DO NOT USE the water, otherwise the water tank will be empty and the water will not be heated. After 30 min you can turn on the hot water and wait for about 30-40 seconds untill the hot water comes from the roof cictern. You will have a HOT WATER AUTOMATICALLY if it is a sunny day! 3)If you want later check-out please let us know in advance and it will cost you 50% from the cost of night . Later check out time till 5 pm. 4)Please do not throw the toilet paper inside the toilet 5)Please do not use the towels(which we provide you ) for the beach and swimming pool 6)Smoking Inside the house is prohibited ! 7)You can park your car in communal parking(near apartment) 8 ) We have a standard sets of toilet paper, trash bags and etc. so if you need more or any extra things you can buy whatever you need in a big supermarket Phillippos (5 min drive). If you need extra services at the time of your stay (like extra cleaning or changing bed linens and etc. ) you can always contact us. We provide this option (for extra fee). Additional Rules Please be aware of there before you come 1. TOWELS AND BED LINEN - Please take care of towels and bed linen. Towels only used for body. NO nail polish, NO make up/ lipstick, NO blood, NO food stains. Any damages will be charge money from your account.
