Only 7 minutes walking distance to the famous Cristo beach and very close to the Port. This is a quiet, peaceful and beautiful condo where you will be able to relax and wind down throughout the whole year. The space The cozy living room has two different areas where you can chill and relax. Three large sliding glass doors open up if you want to let the air breeze and freshen up the living room. Apartment includes TV and high speed WIFI. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and all the dishes and pots and pans you need. In addition, a high table with two comfortable stools for any type of meal is present. The bedroom has a double bed with designer sheets, two different type of pillows (soft and medium) and a duvet. The rooms also includes a small wardrobe where to store your clothing. Fully equipped bathroom with a spacious shower. Body and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. *Pool Available from May to end September* Our pool is open and guaranteed to be available during the May to September season, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the summer. *Outside of Season* The pool may also be open outside these months, but its availability depends on the decision of the Condominium, so we cannot guarantee its availability outside the summer season. Please contact us before booking, and we will provide you with the most up-to-date information we have at that time regarding the pool’s availability. ⚠️ Important Note – Access to the Apartment Please note that the apartment is located at the top of the urbanisation, next to a historic watchtower, which offers a unique and charming setting. To reach the entrance, there is a fairly steep uphill path, and in some areas, stairs within the complex. While this is not an issue for most guests, it can be physically demanding, especially when returning from the beach or town. For guests with reduced mobility, injuries, or difficulty walking uphill, this may not be suitable, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration before booking. On the positive side, the elevated position is part of what gives the area its character, and beautiful surroundings —historically, this location was chosen for its strategic views, as the nearby 16th-century watchtower was used to monitor the coastline for pirate activity. Guest access Full access to the apartment and the communal areas of the urbanization are very easy. Parking inside the condo. Other things to note I like to help my guests (under request) by: -Offering early check in or late checkout at no cost when requested and if it's feasible. If there’s any conflict of times, we’ll set the usual times: 12h for checkout and 15h for check-in. Transfer Available If needed, we can arrange a trusted licensed driver to pick you up directly from the airport.
