Enjoy the luxury of a beautifully curated & fully stocked home while relaxing on the outdoor patios, at the fire pit, on the dock, boat, or in the wood burning sauna. Pontoon available for rent! The space Surrounded on one side by 700 feet of lakeshore and wetlands on the other, while still easily accessed by quarter mile dirt road. You will truly feel like you are on your own private island! Our cabin features three bedrooms with luxury comfort mattresses and extra fluffy pillows and blankets. Two full baths, including a master bath with a walk in shower for steamy relaxation, a bidet, and heated toilet seat. Fully stocked kitchen and butler's pantry complete with everything needed for a gourmet meal. Sharp knives, and kitchen gadgets galore, even a fondue set! Every morning, treat yourself to a fresh made latte, cappuccino, or espresso creation with the help of our Breville Barista Express and the provided freshly roasted beans from Dogwood Coffee with seasonal assortment of Torani syrups. Drip coffee machine also provided. We hope you're able to unplug and unwind, but if not, we are equipped with super-fast Starlink internet for remote work or streaming on your personal devices. The best part of the property, though, is the outdoors. Step out through our large glass doors into the backyard and down to the dock and the lake. Lake Ann is a private lake shared by only four other properties and is known for some of the best fishing in the area. Rent our pontoon for an additional fee and enjoy sunset tootles around the lake, access the best fishing spots, and the most refreshing swims. $200 for the first day, and $75 per additional day, or $400 total for your entire stay. Enjoy meals prepared on the grill at the outdoor dining area under twinkle lights, complete with two long picnic tables beside the chimney from an old mining cabin. Play cards and board games in the screened in porch, then end the evening with s’mores and ghost stories around the large fire pit overlooking the glass calm lake. Our home is fully stocked with whatever you need to enjoy the outdoors in every Minnesota season; life jackets, pool floaties, a canoe, 2 kayaks, fishing poles, tackle box, yard games like spike ball and croquet, even a single person ice house and ice auger, tip ups and all. A guest favorite is the wood burning sauna built by Embrace North. No matter the season, but especially when there is a chill in the air, relax and unwind in the outdoor Kuuma stove sauna with a large window overlooking nature. While the property feels wonderfully secluded, you are still close to plenty of activity. Cross country ski trails, hiking trails, and snowmobile routes are just 1.5 miles away.
