Poolside modern, spacious, 1 bedroom casita

Apartment in quiet residential neighborhood close to Oranjestad and beaches. 1 bedroom apartment featuring; - spacious living and kitchen area with warm water - separate bedroom with European king, A/C, cable TV and closet space - luxury bathroom with warm water - porch with pool & garden view - pool area with lounge chairs - outdoor shower - BBQ - beach/pool towels, bedlinen, towels etc. are provided - WIFI included - pack&play and high chair available on request (max. 1 baby and 2 adults) The space The casita has its own entrance and has lots of privacy. There is ample parking space on the quiet street in front of the apartment. The apartment has windows in each room and all windows have screens (except sliding door). The bedroom has a European king size bed (180cm), cable TV, black out blind and a large airconditioning unit, that can cool the entire apartment if needed, A/C usage during night is included in the price, additional usage against a small fee. The bathroom has a rain shower and hand held shower head with warm water. Beach towels are available. The kitchen has a large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and electric burners. Pots pans, utensils etc are included. The dining and sitting area overlook the pool. There is a gas grill on the porch for bbqing. Beach chairs and small cooler are available to take to the beach as well as beach towels. The outside porch is great for relaxing and overlooks the pool and garden. The pool is right in front of the apt ready for you to take a dip or float around or read a book on the comfortable pool lounge chairs. There is an outside shower to rinse off. The garden and pool area are sunny with some shaded areas that shift as does the sun. I tried to equip the apartment with all that you need to make your vacation a great and relaxing one. The apartment is well maintained and clean. Additional cleaning procedures are in place to ensure a safe and clean private space. Guest access Pool area with sun loungers and outdoor shower. Pool is shared with me, but I hardly use it and typically work during weekdays. Other things to note I live in the house next to the casita. The apartment overlooks the pool and there is a wooden separation between the house and the apartment for privacy. I have 2 dogs that live at my house. They sometimes are in the garden and cannot come to the apartment if you like to have a dog free zone. Unless you are a dog lover, then dog cuddles and kisses are possible lol, as my dogs love to meet my guests. Electricity is pretty expensive on Aruba, in the casita the A/C consumption during the night is included, if guests want to use the A/C also during the day and /or evening I will apply a surcharge of $5-7.50 per day paid on site directly. As the apartment is registered at the tax office, I am obliged to add 12.5% tourist tax on the paid nightly rate and cleaning fee as well as $3 levy per night. These need to be paid in us$ at check-in directly on site to me as I cannot add taxes to my listing pricing and to avoid further transaction fees via the platform. Taxes are paid by me 1-1 to the tax department.
