Note: There is a flight of stairs leading from the entrance door to the apartment, and a small step between the living room and bedroom. Guest access Please note there are approximately 20 steps leading to the apartment entrance and a small step between the living room and the bedroom. The staircase behind the sofa is decorative and not accessible. Other things to note You will access the apartment through self check-in, so from 3 PM onwards, you can enter your Florence Charming Apartment freely by following the instructions you will receive via email once the procedure is complete. Our office ensures prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside of these hours, we only respond to emergencies via phone or chat. During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment.
