Please kindly note that, to respect our neighbours, no professional sound systems, DJs, or loud music are allowed on the property. We want everyone to enjoy their time while maintaining a peaceful and friendly atmosphere in the area. Please keep noise levels low after 9:00 PM and ensure all noise stops by 10:00 PM. Other things to note Toilets & Important Information We have provided 2 extra outdoor portable toilets for your convenience. Please note the ground-floor toilet is connected to a septic system, not the Melbourne sewerage system. It is not designed for heavy use or large amounts of toilet paper, so waste may take time to break down and could back up if overused. To avoid issues, please encourage your group to use the upstairs toilet and the outdoor portable toilets as well. No refund will be given if the toilet becomes blocked, as the property is in a rural area with limited infrastructure. Additional Information: Some add-on options may not be available. In case of rain, certain outdoor areas (e.g., fire pit/BBQ) may be unusable. Only affected add-ons can be refunded. If you are not satisfied with cleanliness or notice any issues upon check-in, please let us know within 3 hours. After that, refunds cannot be offered.
