You’ll have all the basics for cooking and dining. Of course we haven’t forgotten a fully-stocked coffee station, including a Keurig coffee maker. After all, you are in what is arguably the coffee capital of the U.S.! There are two bedrooms with closets and blackout shades, along with eco-friendly organic cotton sheets and mattress toppers for the king-sized beds. The full bath has a shower/tub, generous storage, and gives a nod to the era with original coral tiles. The open living/dining room has a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace including a desk with charging station, desk lamp, and office chair. A memory foam queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests. Six-person dining room table and cabinet full of games for both children and adults. There are modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi, a 55" flat screen Roku smart TV in the living room, and a stackable washer/dryer in your own private laundry area (part of the garage). Stay cool in the hot weather with air conditioning. Layout: You will have the entire upstairs apartment of our single family house - private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry, etc.), and access to the fully fenced/private backyard from the south side of the house. No shared indoor spaces. We occupy the downstairs unit when we are in town (more details under the "Interaction with guests" section). Exterior: There is a paved path on the south side of the house that runs from the front yard to the backyard for guests to use. There is also a door off of the kitchen that connects to this path. Guest access Entire space (everything you see in the pictures, upper level of a two-story home) is included in this rental, with the exception of a locked supply closet (for our cleaners). Please, make yourself at home! Private entrance (front door, keypad entry) & private driveway with one parking space for the unit. Extra street parking can be found close to the house. Garage access limited to laundry room use (see listing picture). Guests have full access to the front yard and backyard areas (including BBQ and outdoor furniture), and upper level kitchen door access to the front and backyard. Other things to note ••• Perfect for stays of 30+ days or multiple weeks! Ideal for traveling professionals (such as travel nurses, remote workers, digital nomads, visiting faculty, or those on temporary work assignments in Seattle), as well as relocations, home renovations, or parents visiting their children. Feel free to reach out if you're interested! ••• NOTE: 30+ day stays are not available during peak season (May–September). TV Streaming Services: We provide a Roku smart TV. Guests will need to sign into any streaming channel of their choice by using their own login credentials (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc). Keyless Entry: Provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security. Digital House Manual: Days prior to your arrival, this will be provided with helpful information regarding check-in and check-out instructions, emergency information and house rules, as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Noise: Guests may occasionally hear noise from the lower unit. Some noise and footsteps will be expected. We appreciate that most guests are respectful of quiet hours between 10pm-7am. If exceptions occur, please notify us when needed. Please respect the peaceful environment of the neighborhood & our wonderful neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum 10pm-7am. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: Kindly give us 24 hours notice for this request. Please keep in mind that if we have a same-day turnover with another guest checking in or out, we cannot usually accommodate. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in advance! Hosts are not responsible or liable for guest belongings. Bicycles may not be brought inside the house. There is no EV charger on the property. Electric car charging is not permitted on house outlets. Visitors to the house are not permitted unless approved by hosts in advance. Our housekeepers will arrive shortly after 10:00 am on the date of checkout. For 30+ day stays, • We require a refundable security deposit (half of 1 month's rent) and signed lease agreement. • Interim housekeeping may be arranged at the hosts' expense. • A starter kit of consumable items (paper products, soaps, toiletries, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies) is provided. Guests are responsible for restocking any additional supplies needed during their stay, including groceries, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and personal items. Host: We occupy the downstairs unit when we are in town (more details under the "Interaction with guests" section).
