Comfortable apartment - Itaim Bibi

This apartment is ideal for couples and business travelers. Cozy apartment located on the second floor. The Itaim Bibi District is a very flat, very pleasant place, it is part of the main business centers of São Paulo, with good restaurants, shops, bars in a short distance to the apartment and easy access to all regions of the city. The space The apartment consists of two separate rooms. The part of the room is equipped with a sofa, a 43'' flat-screen Smart TV shared with the bedroom and a small desk with a lamp. Furthermore, there is a mini-kitchen ideal for dining or heating ready-to-eat dishes, which include a sink, an electric cooktop, a microwave oven and a small refrigerator. It is important to mention that dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses are also available in this space. There is an air conditioning in the bedroom, a comfortable queen size bed and, on each side of the bed, there are bedside tables, reading lamps and sockets for charging electronic devices during the night. The bathroom has ample mirror and sink with hot and cold water. We offer towels, soap and shampoo for guests. The apartment has basic maid service made by a maid from Monday to Friday. However, the service does not include laundry and daily change of bed linen and bath; bed linen and bath towels are provided weekly. Additional cleaning, bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. If the maximum number of guests per apartment is exceeded without authorization, additional costs will apply. Please note that stag/hen parties and any other type of parties and events are not allowed. Guests must be at least 21 years of age or accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests are kindly requested to present a valid photo ID upon check in. Guest access The building is equipped with concierge 24h, laundry, swimming pool, a fitness center and one parking slot. The garage entrance has a maximum height of 2,0m. The laundry services, convention rooms, breakfast and other meals are not included and are charged the portion of the value of the stay. There is no additional charge for parking, pool and fitness room use. The automatic laundry service (on the top floor) can be used from the purchase of tickets at the front desk. Other things to note The apartment is on a low floor and there is a an elevator at building entrance for accessibility for guests with mobility difficulties. At the entrance, there is a staircase with 5 steps. However, the apartment has no accessibility due to the structural limitations of the building. We are engaged in the preservation of natural resources. Therefore, our laundry does not use corrosive chemicals that damage the environment. The presence of makeup on the towels requires the use of aggressive products and a large amount of water, which increases the waste of water and laundry expenses. Due to that, we kindly ask you do not use our towels as makeup removal or as cleaning cloths. If makeup residue or hard-to-remove stains are identified, an additional cleaning fee or the value of the entire set of towels will be charged for the replacement of the damaged set. Cleaning fee of R$100.00 charged once by the host to cover cleaning costs.
