Atlântida House 🧿 @atlantida_casa_grega is located in the main tourist spot of Arraial do Cabo, Pontal do Atalaia, with beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, a staircase, the Gruta do Amor (Love Cave) and a view of the Ilha do Farol (Lighthouse Island) beach. The house has a spectacular view of the sunrise over the sea, surrounded by nature. Its decoration is inspired by the Greek style but with a modern beach touch. Enjoy unforgettable days of rest and beauty, see how amazing it is to live this experience The space Casa Grega Atlântida has a large suite with a sea view, queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a beautiful and spacious bathroom, 40" smart TV, blackout curtains, dresser and rack. When you open the blindex door of the suite to the terrace, you will come across a heated Jacuzzi/hydromassage with a spectacular view of the incredible blue sea of Pontal do Atalaia. Outdoor shower to cool off, sun loungers and a hammock for relaxing. We have a spacious deck furnished with a chaise longue, table, wicker chairs and a hammock for relaxing. You and your family can enjoy moments of direct contact with nature, as the Deck is surrounded by many native trees, and you can observe beautiful butterflies and hear various birds singing. At Casa Atlântida, you will enjoy a cozy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed with pocket springs, a large Smart TV with 360° articulated support, and a powerful remote control ceiling fan. The living room has a social bathroom, a dining counter and stools, a large window to the garden and a large blindex door to the deck. You will have at your disposal a complete kitchen equipped with cooktop, duplex refrigerator, sandwich maker, oven/airfryer, microwave, blender, refractories. Practicality and comfort to enjoy meals in the Dining area, countertop with beautiful dining set, stools, glasses, cups, cutlery… Balcony integrated into the Deck and patio, with barbecue and utensils for you and your family to enjoy a delicious barbecue, benches, table, folding chairs and a hammock for relaxing. The house has 2 large and elegantly decorated bathrooms, the bathroom in the suite and the social bathroom in the living room, with great showers to provide you with a relaxing bath. We provide bath linens and basic hygiene items. The house has a patio/backyard with an ornamental garden containing native plants from the region, with a bench, decorative stones and a Greek-style fountain. It also has a large area of nature, grassy, wooded with native vegetation and many birds. You and your family will have direct contact with nature. Experience the privilege of staying near the MOST BEAUTIFUL beaches of ARRAIAL DO CABO. You will be 5 minutes by car from Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia, or if you prefer, 20 minutes on foot. You will also be 15 minutes by car from Praia Grande or Praia dos Anjos, or 15 minutes on foot along the trail. 10 minutes from the beautiful Brava Beach viewpoint to see the sunset. At Praia dos Anjos, you have the option of walking another 10 minutes (an uphill walk with a beautiful view) to Praia do Forno, which is next door, or taking a taxi boat. You also have the option to take the full boat ride that takes you to beaches and sights (we make tour reservations for our guests). The beach (first beach at the entrance to the city) is a 20-minute drive from the house. The condominium is facing the sea, going down the stairs inside the condominium to the rocks you will be facing the sea. There are several paths within the condominium, to different points to the sea, with different views according to the descents you will choose to travel, with some flatter rock slopes that you can enter the sea for a dip when the tide is lower and calmer. It's very beautiful to walk down the street and through the condominium, with beautiful landscapes! Free car space in the rotating parking lot inside the village, also free street parking for those who are staying. Guest access The ENTIRE house is private, including patio, garden, backyard, terrace with jacuzzi, ocean view and deck. The house is NOT shared or rented by floor. The loft, suite, or floor are not rented separately. The house and all its described facilities are private to the guest. The guest has access to everything described in the listing. Other things to note Pets only allowed for small dogs, subject to consultation and specific authorization, but we can consider exceptions for some breeds breeds, subject to consultation and prior authorization Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the house. Parking inside the villa is free for only 1 vehicle. In front of the house, on the street inside the Condominium, there are spaces for more vehicles For the convenience of our guests, we make reservations for private shuttle service from Rio de Janeiro.
