Located in the best neighborhood in all of Mexico—Roma Norte, filled with the city’s finest restaurants. The space It is a truly cozy place, tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to make you feel at home. It's a building with only 6 apartments, in a very safe neighborhood. It's a quiet place despite being surrounded by everything you'd want to do to explore the city. The trendiest and highest-quality restaurants are nearby. For now, there is some construction nearby, so it might have a bit of noise. The apartment is beautiful and in the best possible location! It's 2 blocks away from Plaza Luis Cabrera in the Colonia Roma Norte, one of the most vibrant and cool neighborhoods in Mexico City. A tastefully decorated and fully functional place is just what you need for your stay in Mexico City. Wooden floors, beautiful plants, and a cozy atmosphere to make you feel at home. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with blackout curtains for a good rest, a nice kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1 bathroom, and air conditioning in the bedroom. Cleaning will be done once a week, towels and basic toiletries will be provided. Feel free to have all the coffee and tea you want. I will be available for any questions or recommendations. A guide with my favorite spots in the city will be provided to make your visit to this crazy city a bit easier. Roma Norte is an excellent area to get around, as it is full of cafes, shops, restaurants, art galleries, etc. You can walk everywhere. Maximum 4 guests, no smoking allowed anywhere in the apartment, not even in the patio. *** IT DOES NOT HAVE WINDOWS TO THE OUTSIDE, IT HAS A SKYLIGHT IN THE CENTER OF THE PATIO WHERE NATURAL AIR COMES IN FROM THE SIDE*** Guest access Excellent quality linens, great mattress for you to have the best sleep! Great speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, (not oven). Cable TV and Netflix will also be available for you. Beto the doorman is really nice and can help you with anything you could need. Other things to note It has no windows to the outside. It has a skylight in the central courtyard with lateral ventilation to prevent rain from coming in. The building's door can be noisy when it's closed loudly or without care. There is a musty smell coming from the shower drain. We've tried to fix it in many ways, but it comes from the street and doesn't have a perfect solution. Please use the plastic cover we provide for the shower to minimize the odor.
