An immaculately presented detached two-storey townhouse situated just a 4 min walk from the centre of the village and sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Ardmore,Co.Waterford one of Ireland's most picturesque villages. This property has three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom offering an en-suite, sliding doors to the balcony where you can enjoy the sea views. 2 cosy reception rooms with large spacious kitchen, dining room with sliding doors to well maintained lawns with garden furniture. The space One traditional cot and high chair available on request. Ardmore may be small but its population of visitors each year makes it a thriving destination. With three restaurants and two hotels, including the Michelin starred Cliff House Restaurant set within one of the hotels, a handful of pubs where you will be sure to experience the craic, sandy beaches, cliff top walks, , the Round Tower and historic ruins, the fishing pier, St. Declan's Well, the Terrace and Day Spa at the 5 star Cliff House Hotel, kayaking and adventure activities in and around the bay, pony trekking, craft shops and an Open Farm. Nearby are the coastal lively harbour towns of Youghal and Dungarvan. Youghal is a 15 min. drive and has a beautiful boardwalk along the beach front. The town is also hosting the Ironman Competition in August. Dungarvan is a 20 min. drive and boasts an excellent golf course and the Waterford Greenway (an off road cycling and walking trail along an old railway line). Both towns are full of local heritage and culture.We would like it noted that partying or heavy drinking will not be tolerated and our quiet hours are from 12am to 7am .
