The space The apartment is situated on the ever popular Raday street. It's a clean, compact and quiet studio, very close to many popular attractions. The apartment is brand new, with all the equipment you need. The high ceiling allowed us to create a cosy sleeping area above the batchroom. If you are looking for a quiet place the this apartment is for you! It is facing the inner court yard so You will not hear any noise from the street. It is situated on the ground floor, so there are no mountain hights to climb. Our place is perfect for couples. The bathroom is fitted with a shower any other essentials, like hair dryer. We do provide you with clean towels, bed linen and sheets. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Please read and respect our house rules. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
