6 minutes to walk to the subway, 32 minutes to Central Stockholm. Paid parking is available outside (~90 sek/day). Newly renovated bathroom, washing machine (fee applies, read rules), fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher. In the room there is a wardrobe and desk. You can swim in the lake (15 minutes walk), jog in the forest or ski in Flottsbro which is close by. There is a barbecue area, an outdoor gym, and soccer fields right outside. Feel free to explore. There are many places to grill and play everything from football on the football field to working out at the outdoor gym. You can also ski in Flottsbro which is close by and you can enjoy the park Hågelbyparken with farm animals and a mansion. Feel free to explore the area before you rate it. For comfort, noise and smelling reasons we have a rule of no cooking after 8 pm (20:00). Heating food is ofc no problem, easy cooking such as noodles etc is fine, but proper cooking should be finished before 8 pm. Kitchen access is limited after 23:00 for everyone's comfort and because I sleep in the livingroom. You are provided a water bottle and glasses in you room. LAUNDRY service: due to added water and electricity costs the service will cost 39 sek per load and detergent is not included. I Sverige behöver man en Parkeringsskiva för att parkera (läggs synligt i vindrutan), den är gratis och hämtas i de flesta kiosker. Ljudnivån hålls nere efter 23:00.
