Spectacular house on the shore of Lake Caburgua surrounded by nature. Very quiet and secluded, ideal for disconnecting from the world, relaxing in nature and enjoying beautiful sunsets overlooking the Villarrica volcano. You can enjoy the lake to the fullest and spend the whole day on the beach if you want, practice water sports, read on a quiet afternoon or share a barbecue with your family. The house generates electricity through solar panels and a generator in case of emergency. The space Surrounded by trees and dreamy landscapes, you can enjoy sunsets and afternoons of deep relaxation, water sports or enjoy the air of nature. The house is made of wood and decoration that goes with the place. It has large windows to enjoy the views, both of the general landscape and of the numerous trees that surround it, causing an effect of being truly inside the native forest. The beach is literally steps from the property, you can enjoy it at all hours of the day. It has 5 bedrooms, of which 2 are en suite and the others share a bathroom. In the main room there is a wood boiler, which is necessary to heat the house on cold days (essential if you do not go in summer). The living room has windows instead of walls so you are comfortable and at the same time you feel that you are among the trees. The living room has a fireplace, satellite Smart TV (no wifi) and many books, if you want to read them. Both spaces have access to the terrace, where you'll spend most of your time (if not on the beach). It also has a kitchen with its equipment and a dining room. The house has Direct TV satellite television. At the moment we don't have wifi, but the 4G cell phone coverage is good. Guest access The access road has many potholes in the last section, and it is not so easy to locate the house and the road on internet maps. We will contact you to coordinate your arrival and guide you to arrive safely. Other things to note The house is surrounded by nature, so it is common to see wildlife around. We recommend that you be prepared for this type of environment. The weather can vary, especially outside the summer season. We advise you to bring appropriate clothing for cold and rainy days. And since the house is far away, we recommend bringing enough supplies for your stay before your arrival. Due to the potholes on the last stretch of the road, it is advisable to come in a vehicle suitable for rural roads. Sustainability: Use energy resources and water responsibly. We collect it from a natural spring. Please take your trash to the nearest containers, especially for long stays. If you need assistance, please contact us. Pets: We are pet-friendly, but consider that the property is not completely enclosed, so you must be responsible with them. Finally, consider that access to the lake is private, but the beach is public. It is possible to see people walking along the shore, usually neighbors or locals.
