It has 4 perfectly equipped rooms and 1 service room with a bunk bed and separate bathroom. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor which provides unbeatable access to the beach. The complex is next to the La Isla Shopping Center, which has a wide variety of dining and drinking options. Other things to note Upon arrival all services will already be connected, in case you require something related to gas, electricity or water you can discuss it at the front desk. When you arrive you must register at the front desk and leave a security deposit of $5,000 pesos in cash, which will be returned to you upon your departure. This deposit is to cover any possible penalty to the regulations. Right there they will give you some bracelets that you must wear at all times and a recharge card to pay in the restaurants and palapas of the complex (in case you lose it you must pay $500 pesos for the replacement). The WiFi code is in front of the modem. We ask that when you are not in the apartment, you turn off the air conditioner. When you leave, we ask that you leave the refrigerator empty. You must use the white towels with the green embroidery of La Isla to go to the pool or beach. The gray towels without embroidery are exclusively for use inside the apartment. Our apartment is Pet Friendly, the only thing we ask is that you take responsibility for your pet. We recommend that you set the air conditioner to 23 degrees in automatic mode and turn it off while you are not inside.
