The space The apartment has two main bedrooms in which there is a double bed and a bunk bed with two very comfortable single beds. It has a spacious kitchen with a full electric stove, fridge, kettle and coffee maker as well as all the necessary kitchen tools for guests to prepare food. Hot water at your disposal 24 hours a day through an electric panel with clear instructions for your safety and regular inspection as well as basic amenities In the living room there is a dining table for 4 people and two sofas and armchairs. One sofa can easily be converted into a spacious bed and accommodate one more guest if needed. Perimeter balconies allow you to sit in different places during the day and a small convenient corner on the back balcony can cool you down in the morning or evening if you want to stay in the apartment. Guest access The apartment is located right in the city center next to the municipal library and the park. An additional convenience is the stop of all passing buses located outside the apartment and facilitates access to local beaches and villages without the need for a means of transport to get around. Access to the apartment is via an internal comfortable staircase of 20 steps with a handrail on both sides so as to facilitate as much as possible the access of the elderly.
