Quiet and cozy room in a clean updated house. Although bathroom is shared, rest of common spaces are very large and offer a variety of places to study, relax or reflect. Large modern kitchen to prepare light meal or cook a multi-course meal. Has all utensils, spices and small appliances. French press coffee, espresso or tea available anytime. Use the reverse osmosis filtering system in the kitchen for filtered water to cook and stay hydrated! Room size is 10x10" with lots of storage. The space Room is cozy, clean and updated with nice furnishings. Your safety and comfort are my priority. House is located adjacent to Mace Ranch park which is on the bike path and close to grocery stores, UC Davis and Unitrans bus station. Guest access Parking is available on the cul-de-sac (round end of the street). Please parallel park. There is plenty of parking available. You can explore the neighborhood by foot or bike. Mace Ranch park is a 2 minute walk with paths, basketball court, playground with swings, picnic tables and public rest rooms. During your stay I live at this property also and except during major holidays, will be around during your stay. I work for myself and my office is close by in downtown Davis. I am respectful of your privacy and expect the same. Other things to note I have a hypo-allergenic 18 pound dog (breed is Coton de Tulear). He is friendly and playful and will bark if someone knocks or rings the door bell. He stays in my room or on the perch by the window and comes to work half of the time so you won't know he is there.
