The Cafe Solo Cottage

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Le Français se parle ici. ここでは日本語を話す。 The space The Cottage is located in the backyard behind the host's house, and is attached to the front half of a recording studio, which normally serves as a lounge or break area for studio clients to relax and get away from the stress of recording. But whenever we don’t have any sessions scheduled, we make the cottage available for rental through Airbnb. Built in the fall of 2017, the cottage is a nearly 500 ft² independent studio apartment, designed as a respite for weary musicians or cozy way station for travelers. It is situated in an extraordinarily peaceful residential neighborhood on the north side of town, on a large lot full of trees, across the street from a quiet creek, and around the corner from a large park. Enjoy the solitude of the cottage, or take advantage of the five-minute drive to TWU or downtown Denton and enjoy the rich cultural life of the Square! Everything about the cottage is designed to promote relaxation, leisure, and the ability to disengage. The décor and furnishings are all brand-new as of fall 2017 and include a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave, wireless Internet, and flat screen TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. Other things to note Attached to a business, the property is under 24 hour indoor and outdoor surveillance by security cameras. There are no cameras in the cottage itself. We have a dog (Yumi) that is in the house most of time, but we do let her out to potty regularly. I doubt you will see her, but if you have any problems with dogs, let us know and we'll make sure she is inside while you are here.
