We provide bed and bath linens, extra pool towels and a hygiene kit. Guests will have access to the Pool, Gym, Sauna and open parks. The condominium DOES NOT allow access to other areas. The apartment does NOT have a parking space and the pool is NOT heated. The space Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop with 2 burners, airfrier, coffee maker, blender, crockery, glasses, cups, mugs, pots, pans and various utensils. Bathroom with Kohler gas shower and 1800w Arno brand hairdryer. Living room with 2-meter leather sofa, 45-inch TV and silent ceiling fan with blades that retract above the light fixture. Dining room with table, 2 chairs, 2 benches and pendant chandelier with yellow lighting to create a cozy composition. Balcony with table, 4 chairs and 1 armchair, barbecue with grill (extra cleaning fee for use: R$50.00), board and knives for preparing meat. Laundry with sink, floor clothesline and cleaning utensils. The bedrooms have open racks/closets with hangers, drawers and niches for support and organization, in addition to the colorful headboards that have RGB lighting and provide a different and fun experience for guests, in addition to functioning as indirect lighting at night for those who do not like to sleep totally in the dark. Guest access The condominium crosses a block and for this reason has 2 ordinances, located at: Rua Domingos Paiva, 152 or Rua Martim Burchard, 187. Guests will be able to access Pool and Gym, in addition to the common areas discovered within the condominium, provided they register with the Administration. Condominium Administration opening hours for registration and release of the use of leisure areas. Monday to Friday from 8am to 17:30. Saturday from 8am to 11:45. Other things to note The condominium pool is NOT heated and is closed for maintenance on Tuesdays. The property DOES NOT have a parking space but the condominium crosses a block, and can be accessed by 2 ordinances located at the addresses: Rua Domingos Paiva, 152 or Rua Martim Burchard, 187, facilitating the search for vacancies in both streets. Visitors are NOT allowed during the stay. Only guests already registered for the first access. There will be NO service from the host from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If guests want to use the apartment's barbecue, an extra cleaning fee of R$50 will be charged. There is an Oxxo 24h market next to the condominium gatehouse.
