There is also a paved path down to the boat ramp that sits on the property. ✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play/travel crib and a high chair. ✹ PETS: A maximum of two dogs that are under 50 lbs. each are allowed with a $200 one-time pet fee. This is a pet-friendly property, so please do not book if someone in your group has a pet allergy. No wet dogs will be allowed inside the home (dog towels are provided). ✹ WATERCRAFT: We have a (3) one-person kayaks, (1) two-person canoe and (1) stand-up paddle board available guest use. We also have of water toys and life jackets of various sizes from adult to small child. ✹ BOAT RAMP/LAUNCH: One of the amazing features of this property is the private boat ramp, which makes is super convenient to bring your boat and place it into the water! We also have a very large driveway to accommodate vehicles towing boats. ✹ DOCK: Our private dock is excellent for those that love the water! We have (2) seating areas, one with TV and refrigerator to keep beverages cool. For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that: (a) The dock has cleats to tie your boat. (b) The water is deep and can vary based on the lake water level. (c) There isn't any electricity on the dock and the boat lift is not accessible. (d) The jet ski parked by the dock is not for guest use. ✹ BACKGROUND CHECK, RENTAL AGREEMENT, & SECURITY DEPOSIT: As these stays are longer than the typical short-term rental stay, we do require a background check, you signature on a rental agreement, and a security deposit of 1 month's rent Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we look forward to hosting you!
