The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, miele kitchen with induction stove top, and covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon readings or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool and sea beyond. Also located on the entry level is the first guest bedroom which offers an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Guest access Effective May 1, 2026, the Club will be introducing a daily charge of USD$ 10 per person, per villa - this will be charged at the time of issuing the house guests cards to rental clients. Other things to note All guests staying at Royal Villa No.22 will benefit from full membership and access to all resort facilities, and access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins. Guest will also have access to the owners golf cart to move around the development.
