Will be sharing the pool, parking area and the yard. Other things to note The property is close to Pantai Lima Beach and easy access to Pererenan. St Ali Cafe is a 10 minute walk along with the central area of Pererenan where all the restaurants and cafes are. **Construction nearby, level of noise tolerance is vary and typically starts from 9AM to 5 PM however it is unpredictable.**
