Tucked away at the far end of the property, our self-contained studio apartment features its own private entrance and a private bathroom complete with a smart toilet and heated toilet seat for an added touch of comfort. Step outside to rinse off in the outdoor shower or fire up the gas grill for a leisurely barbecue under the Florida sun. When you’re ready to unwind, head over to the large shared pool, nestled under swaying palm trees. Poolside furniture is available for your comfort, and the community’s relaxed vibe makes it a perfect retreat. Enjoy the quiet ambiance of this corner of Key West, where everything you need for a tropical escape awaits. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the pool. Access to the front gate of the community is secured by a lockbox containing a key. Once inside, you can enter the property using the keypad, so no physical key is needed for the house. Other things to note We're thrilled to offer you a fabulous bicycle (plus the owner's bike if it is available) to enhance your Key West adventure free of charge! You will now be able travel like a local because bikes are the quickest and most convenient way to explore all the nearby restaurants, beaches, and you can use the bike baskets to grab groceries as well!
