The kitchen, which opens to the living room, is decorated with warm tones and cozy woods, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. It is fully equipped. On the left, you will find a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard typical of Madrid. The living room has a comfortable sofa that turns into a bed and connects to the terrace. But the real strong point of this space is the central fireplace that can be surrounded, ideal for cold winter nights. In addition, it serves as a separation between the living room and the dining room, which has a beautiful natural wood table and six chairs to enjoy meals in company. An office with a custom bookcase separates the dining room from the kitchen, creating a perfect environment for working or studying. When you leave, you won't have to worry about a thing: just leave the keys in a safe box located next to the mailboxes. We will provide you with the access code upon arrival.
