Charming old house in Rio

Spacious house with open varanda, view of the bay, near downtown and subway/buses access to Rio's choiciest areas. Room not so large but use of common areas possible. Guest access All (except, my room) Other things to note Being a house in a favela-leading street, occasionally large-sized cockroaches come in fro the outside. Usually, after climbing the huge wall they arrive half-dead. The charm and coziness of the place far outdo such inconveniences. One can cook, use all spaces. it is a house I live in and receive my own guests. It is expected that guests clean up after themselves. Norwegian style. Absolutely no taking twills to the beach. I can purchase towels specifically for that purpose.
