Nestled one row back from oceanfront with stairs to the beach. The Casita also darns luxury with fresh flowers & herbs from the garden, gourmet coffee & tea, fresh baked cookies, candles, a rooftop palapa with swing bed, etc.. and a full menu of additional specialty offers to make your stay memorable! The space The Casita has been fully renovated and designed by Leanne Michael LUXE lifestyle design paying tribute to Spanish Moorish design with decor and purposeful use details for style and comfort. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, duel gas burners, a fully stocked complimentary gourmet coffee & tea bar with DeLonghi coffee machine, wine / beverage fridge, mini fridge, etc.. The bedroom darns a romantically draped queen size canopy bed with a medium soft mattress dressed in layers of luxurious bedding that compliments our seasonal needs. The bedroom looks into the living room area with a pair of incredibly comfortable leather bergere’ chairs and ottomans with lap blankets, a brand new Roku tv packed with apps, European antiques, wood burning beehive fireplace for your comfort and warmth during the colder months and a pair of French doors opening onto a darling patio with Moroccan tiled fountain and small bistro table & chairs to enjoy your breakfast. Darling three piece bathroom ensuite with shower large enough for two! A permanent affixed ladder leads up to the full panoramic view rooftop palapa with its queen size swing bed and dining perch perfect for catching our marmalade sunsets and relaxation after long walks on our private wet beach which is accessible during low tide … absolutely worth the climb! Thank you for respecting the policy. Guest access The casita is it’s own dwelling / no shared walls or shared spaces. Other things to note Offering a truly luxurious stay experience for my guests is essential. Please ask about our menu of experiences including our candlelit romantic evening package, an all inclusive luxury treatment package, freshly baked gourmet birthday cakes, charcuterie boards, wine, champs & flights of tequila, professional couple massages, etc! All in the privacy of the casita! Extended Stay Cleaning Policy ~ We would be delighted to have guests stay up to 28 days maximum with the understanding that additional weekly cleaning will be required with fees applied accordingly. Any stay over 6 days and consecutively on or around every 6th day of a stay we will preschedule at time of booking for additional full service cleaning to include but not limited to changing of bed linens, fresh towels, refill sundries and replace essentials, dust, vacuum, and fully clean bathrooms, cocina, lounge areas, etc..
