Appaloosa Farm House offers two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Conveniently located in the horse town of Jurupa Valley, combining rural living with modern amenities. This is a front unit home in a very large lot. There is another smaller unit in the back. Each unit is fenced off for privacy. The space Rural living here includes horses on streets, nearby animals, some unpaved roads, and large vacant lots. Despite its rural surroundings, the house is centrally located. It's just a mile away from stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and golf courses. Additionally, it's conveniently situated 15 minutes from UCR, downtown Riverside, Ontario airport, and Kaiser Fontana/Ontario. JATC is only 1.5 miles away. This is front house in a large lot, it shares a long driveway with a smaller back unit. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, driveway, and small backyard. Access to the property is through the driveway, and entry to the building is via a smart keypad. An access code is automatically sent upon reservation confirmation. Please park your vehicle closer to the home and do not block the driveway. Other things to note This house may NOT be suitable for you if: You are seeking a completely quiet stay. The house is located at a busy intersection, traffic noise may occasionally be heard. You plan on taking morning or evening walks. The house is situated in a rural setting with many unpaved roads and surrounded by large vacant lots. You are planning a gathering. With only 750 sqft of space, the house comfortably accommodates up to four people and is not suitable for hosting gatherings or parties. Pets are welcome! Lastly, while children are welcome, please note that the home is not childproof. Please note, for security purposes, we have a Ring doorbell with camera installed at the main door (outside), as well as a Ring floodlight camera in the driveway area. There are no cameras installed inside the house.
