Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. •Check-in time is 4 PM - 2 AM •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) •No Pets •No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces •Checkout time is 10 AM. ***We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken*** This unit is located on the first level, please be respectful of the upstairs tenant and be mindful of quiet hours. These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home. We look forward to hosting you for your stay! Guest access We provide a contactless self check in through the front door with access to the entire house. There's plenty of street parking. Look for street sweeping signs which shows sweeping is on FRIDAY and THURSDAY on opposite sides of the street. Other things to note - Street sweeping (THURS & FRI), please do not park on respective side of the street between 9am - 11 am. We are not responsible for any tickets incurred. - Trash pick-up (MONDAY) Bins can be found behind the property Property Disclosures: We have 1 actively recording doorbell camera overlooking the front entrance. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels only. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home. - Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is a residential area. Please note STRICT house rules. This will allow us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests. - One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request) - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - NO LOUD MUSIC after 9pm - NO SHOES, SMOKING, OR PETS inside the home -The house doesn’t have central AC, only portable/window units. -The portable ACs work best if the doors are kept slightly open for ventilation. -The central HVAC system is for heating only.
