Landscaped gardens with large Koi pond in front yard surrounded by garden. Cats on the property. We are currently making changes to the inside arrangement, updated pictures soon to come. The space Peaceful and charming, pet and family friendly, with access to an extensive library, DVD's Roku and Netflix, and family board game collection. Ethernet option. Private outdoor instant on hot water system; unlimited hot water, a porch with picnic table, BBQ and an outdoor Chimenea fire pit next to the pond. When in season, you can pick fresh flowers and graze from the fruit and vegetable trees from the garden. Gated back yard. We have cats that have been known to visit inside your space. Guest access Your private home away from home! You'll be able to access the communal front and back yard and chimenea fire pit next to the pond. You're own BBQ picnic area. If you would like to use bikes, kayaks, fishing equipment including poles, or paddle boards, please ask. There are a few games on the shelf next to the woodstove, and a couple of camp chairs to use for sitting at the firepit. Other things to note The bedrooms are not walled off, but are different sections of the yurt. This is a non smoking household. If you find Note: Not appropriate for people with cat allergies, as you will have kitty visitors, esp our black and white female kitten, Moon. Indoor Plant watering. If you are staying there more than a week at a time, please water all of the plants weekly, and turn on and off the grow lights to help me keep them healthy and thriving. The Orchid takes a full tray of ice cubes once a week. There is an extra mattress available, extra sheets in the closets, and towels in the closet in the half bathroom. For visitors staying longer than a week, if you need fresh sheets or towels, paper towels or toilet paper, light bulbs, shampoo, etc, just let me know so I can bring you what you need, and pick up the dirty ones. No smoking allowed, no drug use. This includes excessive out of what would be considered a normal intake. Garbage and recycling: Located in the kitchen. 1) We use a separate paper bag for all paper burnables, which we burn either in the wood stove or backyard fire pit when it fills up. 2) The recycling is taken out to the main large recycling SaniPac container on the east side of the house. 3) The actual garbage has the tall white plastic bin with lid, and that too upon vacating or when it fills up please take it out to the main SaniPac bin. The main bins are to the East side of the house. Glass has a separate bin, depositable cans and bottles its own, and yard debris is a separate large container. Please make sure you are disposing appropriately. Garbage/recycling service street side is on every early Monday morning. The compost bin is in the furthest SE back corner of the back yard, behind the blue shed.
